We found a place where they were producing all kinds woven silk products. A very interesting place with a lot projects helping poor people in Laos and victims from land mines in cambodia. 40 women were working in the backyard and we were lucky to get permission to see and take pictures of Lao Textile. We met the sister of the owner, and heard all the good stories, two hours later we needed a coffee to digest...

A lady was selling her paintings on the street, I couldn't resist and found a simpel drawing.
Maybe I couldn't resist because I had this adorable girl following me when I was looking at the drawings...the daughter of the artist.

So exited, Lonely Planet research for New Years travel, Sri Lanka.
Our "seats" in the night train, 12 ours from Nong Khai, the border to Laos, to Rangsit/Bangkok = Home at 7am, school at 9am...
