Lovely Laos

Vientiane

We found a place where they were producing all kinds woven silk products. A very interesting place with a lot projects helping poor people in Laos and victims from land mines in cambodia. 40 women were working in the backyard and we were lucky to get permission to see and take pictures of Lao Textile. We met the sister of the owner, and heard all the good stories, two hours later we needed a coffee to digest...

Working on a new design, no drawing or previous sample, just experience and a good eye!

A lady was selling her paintings on the street, I couldn't resist and found a simpel drawing.

Maybe I couldn't resist because I had this adorable girl following me when I was looking at the drawings...the daughter of the artist.
